Adam & Amanda - A Libby Hill Park Engagement Session
Virginia spring has given me a huge run for my money this year with all the weather changes and if you’re a VA local, you know how the weather can change at any time and Saturday was no exception for Amanda and Adam’s engagement session!
We met at Libby Hill Park in Richmond for their engagement session and I’m so glad that we did! The forecast called for rain but it went away! It drizzled for a little bit but it was mostly partly cloudy skies and it was perfect. It was so green and the view over the city always makes me so excited to shoot there! We walked around and I loved getting to know them a little more and hearing fun things about themselves and their wedding. Adam proposed to Amanda here in Richmond when they went to visit a friend and he proposed to her with the ring his grandmother got engaged with! His grandfather made the ring for her and it was passed down in their family and Amanda now has a treasured heirloom engagement ring and it just fits her perfectly!
They were so fun to hang out with and I love how they just love to explore and try new places and especially finding new places to eat! They went off to BRUNCH later and even though I’d personally never been there, I knew that they would love it! What a better way to spend after an engagement session than eating some brunch?
I was so excited to spend this time with them and I cannot wait for their wedding next year!! Here’s some favorites from their Libby Hill engagement session!
Thanks Adam & Amanda for all the way down to see me and hang out for a little bit! I cannot wait for their June 2020 wedding at the Old Silk Mill!
